• The minimum rental period is equal to 12 months.
• Smoking in the house is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed (exception only in consultation).
• Screening applies:
  • sufficient income - income should be 3 times the montly rent (income of partner counts as 50%).
  • 3 recent payslips need to be shown.
  • income statement form IB-60 needs to be provided.
  • credit check will be performed.
